Immigration Physicals in Cedar Grove, NJ

Immigration physicals are required for all individuals who are applying for citizenship, permanent residency, or a green card before approval of their application.  Only USCIS Civil Surgeons can perform immigration physicals in order for them to be considered valid.
At AFC Urgent Care Cedar Grove, our medical director, Dr. Browne, has been appointed by the US Citizens and Immigration Services (USCIS) as a Civil Surgeon.
Our urgent care center’s comprehensive immigration physical includes:

  • PPD
  • Chest X-Ray (if PPD is positive in 48-72 hours)
  • Tdap
  • Polio
  • Measles, Mumps, and Rubella
  • Rotavirus
  • Hib
  • Hepatitis A
  • Hepatitis B
  • Meningococcal
  • Varicella
  • Pneumococcal
  • Influenza
  • Syphilis Test

The entire physical examination is performed on-site, including required testing, vaccinations, and x-rays if necessary.  Once the examination is complete, our physician will complete the I-693 form for the patient to submit to the USCIS.
Please call to schedule your immigration physical and be sure to bring the following with you:

  • Current photo ID
  • Vaccination record
  • Completed INS Form I-693
