Using the Genesis Patient Portal for COVID-19 Testing Results

Please note that these instructions only apply to COVID-19 diagnostic PCR testing results.

Request Access to Results:

  • Go to
  • Click on the contact tab
  • Fill out First Name, Last Name, Email Address, and Message (Access to Patient Results). Please make sure to let us know your Date of Birth in your message as well.
  • Once your results are ready you will receive an access code via email for the results portal. Please allow up to 72 hours for a code to be emailed to you. DO NOT request the code more than once as this will delay the process.

Log into Patient Portal:

    • Go to
    • Click on the results portal tab
    • Scroll to the bottom of the page where it says “Enter Results Portal”
    • Scroll to the bottom of the page where it says, “Patient Access” 
    • In the Patient Access section input your Date of Birth and type in the patient access code that was emailed to you.
    • The Patient Access Code is only valid for 7 days. After 7 days you will need to request a new code. Once you open your report you can print or save it to your computer.
